Greetings! WORSHIP SERVICES for the weekend of November 29th: There will be NO Saturday individual communion services this week. Mini services are at 8:00 and 9:00 on Sunday. Reservations for these services are not be required, but you can still call Sue (815-979-3952) and ensure that you have a spot if you would like. The 10:30 service is a regular service. Christmas Eve services: Reading/Chorale service at 7:00pm, and then a service at 9:00pm with communion. Christmas Day service: 10:00 with communion. Would you like to donate some Christmas gifts for the residents of River Bluff? If so, they are looking for hats, gloves, socks, blankets, tops, elastic waisted pants, sizes M-3X. The Board of Parish Fellowship will be hosting an "Evening of Carols", Sunday December 20th from 4-6PM. The event will be held outdoors by campfire and luminaries. The Foundation Fund directors manage an account from which interest earned is available for active St. Paul Lutheran families who have a student(s) enrolled in Rockford Lutheran High School. The account has received memorials in honor of saints who are now in the Church Triumphant, as well as gifts from other supporters of Lutheran High School. If you have a high school student at Lutheran, please contact Steve Hartenberger at 968-2089 or hrtnbrgr@comcast.net by November 11, 2020. We will send a check to the school and evenly allocate the available funds to each student’s tuition shortly after the deadline.
